SMG Living Ageless Remodeling is led by Co-Owner and Executive Director, Wade Kendrick.  Wade is a 2001 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction and Contracting and has had over 20 years background in the construction industry.  Wade is one of the very few contractors in the Middle Georgia area holding the National Association of Home Builders, Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists (C.A.P.S.) designation and the only contractor in the area with the Certified Environmental Access Consultant (C.E.A.C) designation from Accessible Homes of America.  Wade has been taught the strategies and techniques for designing and building aesthetically enriching, barrier free living environments.  Also, with close family members battling with ALS, Alzheimer's, and cancer Wade has seen and experienced how disease, disability, and age can provide for tremendous obstacles in daily living.  Wade understands first hand many of the very situations that our clients struggle with.  To help our clients begin to overcome daily accessibility and/or safety obstacles Wade will consult with you one on one to customize a comprehensive and practical aging-in-place solution.
